I like Khir Toyo's move via the broom award as a cynical reminder for under achieving staff, and to make staff wear Oxford cotton short-sleeved shirts instead of coats in a bid to reduce energy used for air-conditioning. 2 strikes and it's all home run to me..:)

But what kind of fabric is that, the Oxford cotton?
